Upload ratio not working accordingly

Hi there!

I'm sorry I do not speak russian but I really hope you guys can help me, with this particular issue.
You see, after I download a torrent from this wonderful tracker, I always try to leave it for uploading purposes.
For some time now, the ratio counter doesn't seem to work properly.My overall ratio has dropped dramatically
even if I can clearely see the upload rate in Utorrent is always on.

In Utorrent ver 2.2.1, the ratio tab shows a larger number than the one on 720pier.ru.
What could be the cause of this?

I'm using utorrent ver 2.2.1 with all ports forwarded properly.
I've attached an image with the ratio issue.

I just noticed that too right now.

Well, I was all set to write a long reply here about how the upload volume that had been credited was too low, but then I found other people talking about how this tracker is very relaxed and that the ratio isn't being enforced anyway. I'll just say this: my client is Transmission 2.94 with peer exchange, DHT and local peer discovery disabled and I was only being credited around a third of my total upload. The same client is being used on other private trackers and nowhere did I have a problem with wrong traffic reporting yet. With no fear of being banned though, I'll just go away again and watch some more NFL now ;)
