You can see in the picture that i have attached that Status: Unverified (you can translate it from Russian).
So you have to wait for a moderator/admin to verify it and then you will be able to download the torrent file.

Same here, i'm now "unverified", I don't understand why... Never have a problem here, my ratio is 4,9.

@damien. It's got nothing to do with you, it's the same for everyone. The mods must have implemented some kind of new process to "verify" the uploads. Unfortunately no one seems to do the verifying... :). To be fair, this site has been going really well for years - and I'm sure they'll figure it out soon.
