About download issue

Hi all,

I download torrents directly on my NAS running Transmission 2.92. Starting yesterday I can't download any torrents from 720pier to my NAS, but I can download them to my computer using qBittorent without any problems. Up until yesterday everything was working flawlessly for years. What has changed and what can I do?

I could be wrong but I believe that what has happened is that whatever it is on this (server end) that controls how clients (us) connect now uses a newer version of an encryption protocol called "TLS", starting recently. Unless your client supports this newer version of TLS directly (or indirectly through your OS) you won't be able to connect/do anything even though you may be able to see that there are seeds and peers out there. At least that is what happened to me (I had to switch from an older version of utorrent to qbittorent in order to get it working again - although I then had to deal with a bunch of qbittorrent bugs...long story...).

Thanks, that's what I thought reading the other threads. The problem is I cannot do anything about TLS on the Transmission client running on my WD My Cloud NAS. Now I have to download torrents through my compuer qBittorrent client to my NAS and that of course means I have to leave the computer running. Oh, well...

Hi all. Im new to this site and Im having trouble in downloading an MLB 2016 game. It's stuck in Connecting to peers for about 3 days now. Other torrents seem to work fine tho.

Deluge with Debian Linux works.

Downloading still works but in the last few weeks Deluge is no longer uploading to peers. Nothing changed in the configuration on my end. I tried QBittorent and Transmission but had same result. I want to be able to seed again to increase my ratio but I don't know what to do at this point. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Never had any problems before today. All the seeds are in red on utorrent.

With http it give HTTP 503 error and with https I can't download anything and when seeding it says that safe connection could not be made.

No changes on my end but uploading began working again for me yesterday. Still no issues downloading.

hi guys qbittorrent has stopped working for me only on this site for the last 4-5 weeks. all the torrents sit as "stalled".
has anybody else experienced this and if so, how to resolve it?

Hi. Mine torrents was working until like 2 weeks ago. But since NBA season started for some reason it stopped working. It can't find peers. I have friend who some times comes to mine home and on his laptop it works just fine. I have windows 7 pro. Mine friends laptop has windows 10. So i am 100% sure its not internet fault. Any help would be great
