Yes. I use Bit Torrent to download series and films most days. For example I am downloading The Goonies in this moment from a spanish torrent site and it works.

My problem is that i am trying to download an NBA game from last night in this page and it shows it has seeds but no seeds in Bit Torrent. This is the game NBA 2021-2022 / RS / 10.03.2022 / Brooklyn Nets @ Philadelphia 76ers [Baloncesto, WEB-DL HD/720p/60fps, MKV/H.264, EN/TNT]. The link says it has 121 seeds and 27 leechers in this moment. But when i open the link in BIt Torrent it says 0 seeds and it doesn´t download anything no matter how much time it is connected. The same happened when i tried to download one game yesterday.

Changed "https" in the tracker url to "http" and now i am downloading the game.

Any one who has trouble keeping a ratio of 0.1 dl/up has NO IDEA how to survive, much less thrive, on a private tracker.
The admins are being very charitable in establishing a ratio that is ridiculously FAR BELOW the normal requirement on most sites.
720 has become one the top sports trackers around, if not the best. Be thankful that it exists and that you are able to be a member.
For what sports I watch, it is by far better than any other site.

Hi! For a few months it is impossible to have a good ratio. Last season and the beginning of this season I kept my computer on sharing almost all day and I had a great ratio. Now it is impossible even to leave it 40 hours on. I'm not sure what to do.
I went from having 1. 20 approximately to 6.08 in a short time.

Seedbox + adding the most recently added torrents, is the easiest way to maintain a high ratio. Keeping them around for a few weeks will add up in small increments as well.

Torrents work peer-to-peer. Whenever you download a file, leave it in your torrent application (and make it open on startup) so that you can seed parts of the file for others who are currently downloading. You can set it up so that torrents get automatically removed once you have e.g. a 1.2 ratio, meaning if you've downloaded 1GB you will have uploaded 1.2GB to other peers so that you're a valuable contributor (and not what's called a leecher).

Of course, don't forget to use a Proxy or VPN to avoid hefty DMCA fines. I use a SOCKS5 proxy from NordVPN.

On some contents will be requesting UP/DL Ratio.
If your has a ratio of less than requested you can't download torrent file.

Would it be possible to enable this restriction only if your total amount of downloaded content is above a certain threshold to avoid blocking all torrents for new users?

One of the problems I find with downloading hockey is that if you are not there within the first 12 hours of the torrent being upped, odds of getting much ratio back is slim no matter how long you seed.

Total BS. I'm seeding WSH/FLA game 5 from 5 days ago on my home connection that can only do like 800KB up. Didn't even download it until the day after it aired. It's a 5.6GB file, and I am already past 1.0, and it's still uploading data as I type this.

As someone who has seeded some games for months or even years, I have zero sympathy for anyone that can't maintain a measly 0.1 on a tracker with as many shameless leeches as this one. This isn't Mega. Keep the torrents alive, and appreciate the cappers' hard work.

What is the RATIO for this site to be able to download torrents?

I'm barely below 500 and my uTorrent can't see ANYTHING from this site AND ONLY FROM THIS SITE. I did uninstall and install again but didn't work :(

Just like to add an +1 to the idea of allowing an option to be able to donate money for an improved ratio as some other sites do.

As others have mentioned, for whatever reason, it's very hard to improve your ratio if no one is leeching the seed. I normally try to seed for at least a week but after the first day almost no one is downloading a given game. I'd happily donate a bit of money here and there to improve my ratio when needed instead of spending weeks seeding only to have my ratio increase by .01%
For those who seem to have no problem seeding I envy you but even with my 1GB Up/Down connection and no bandwidth throttling or connection limiting I find it almost impossible to raise my ratio by any significant amount.

For example I downloaded one of the latest NFL games yesterday (The day it was posted) and have been seeding it continuously since then (so 24hrs now). Currently for the 5.9GB file I've managed to upload 160.3MB for a ratio of .026%. Given that there are currently 193 other people seeding it with no one actively downloading it I doubt my ratio will improve that much over the next week as the game gets older and less people are interested in downloading it.

I have no issues with imposing a min ratio or with seeding what I download for weeks if needed but it would be nice to have other ways to help out the site and stay within the limits set by the admins.

My ratio doesn't change on the side anymore.
Yesterday i uploaded 64GB for an 8GB File (Ratio > 8) and nothing changed on my ratio display on the side.
What can i do?

I think your NAT type is strict. (only 10-20 % of all peers can connect to you). You can buy private IP and open port for torrent client.

For anyone who struggles to upload at their maximum allowed speed, I strongly advise you investigate this constraint.

If your vpn provider supports port forwarding, you can turn port forwarding on in the settings of your vpn application, and your port number will be displayed (somewhere). Then configure your bittorrent client to listen on the port number specified. Then in Windows, create an inbound firewall rule for tcp connections that uses the specified port number as the "local port".

Web tools like "canyouseeme dot org" can tell you if you've configured your port forwarding correctly. Just remember that it's not testing to see if you've created a hole successfully, it's testing for a reply. This means your torrent client must be running and "listening" for the probe from the web tool. If it is not running, the test will fail.

Once I finally got around to doing this, I experienced 100% greater download speed and 1000% greater upload speed (yes, an increase of ten times), on average. To get a 1:1 ratio before I did this, I used to have to seed my torrents for years. Yes, years. Now I reach 1:1 within hours and then keep on going.

Homie, I appreciate you trying to explain to everyone, but we're not BT noobs of course. My point was that most ISPs are pure DL speeds, and little to no UPs. We are mostly limited by upload speeds since nobody cares about uploading. My speeds are 300/11.. yes 11 up.. 1.1meg uploads. What's your upload? I get full upload of course.. Unfortunately the the issue here like many others have stated, are just the total lack of people downloading the files a few hours after uploading. I've donated here before, and of course cheers to the devs/cappers/uploaders etc, and am glad they went with a mere 0.10 ratio requirement which is great, but there are just other sites with much more people.. or uploaded on ok.ru without the need for BT/seeding at all.. just using jdownloader.

Torrenting sports seems a little different than movies or tv. Sports it seems like you need to get the torrent asap in order to get a good ratio on the file. Movies n tv will upload periodically over time as people want that file. Sports most people dont seem to care about after a day or so, so the long term demand for the files isn't as strong.
