Torrent Issue

My torrent says No Status and I have been able to upload it anyways. What is No status mean please.

This one is the first torrent I created and it says status is New. This one I have had one person trying to connect for a week and can't seem to sync. Any advice in helping them get this game. I have uploaded 70+ older games on other trackers and want to help here too if I can figure out these issues. I did have an 'unformatted error' before but fixed it.

Any help please?
