Is there a list (e-mail, message, etc) that I could get on to find out when Cowboys games are posted? I`ve tried using the setting of the site, but can`t find anything. Thoughts?

I have tried to look for maybe RSS or anything similar, but I also cannot find anything like that. The only idea I have is to utilize Google Docs. There is a release calendar
NFL Release Calendar, and whenever the game is posted, the field (in our case, E22) with the capper's becomes a hyperlink. If you (or anyone else who knows a thing or two about spreadsheets) know how to monitor that change, then we would have our desired alert system.
Casual googling tells me that it is possible to receive email notifications when any part of the spreadsheet changes
(HowToGeek article). It is not exactly what we need, but specifically on this particular occasion it would probably do the trick, since it is the last cell that needs to be changed this week. I have not tried it, since I did not use Google login and that is required for the task.
