I've attached again. The torrent file may be text... After you download the file to your system, you can use your tool/app and add the file and it should use the info in the file to get the file. I have attached a new file and it shows on my system as seeding.

As far as I know you can't do attachments in posts, you have to create a new thread and have rights to upload or have a mod approve the new thread w/ attachment.

The thread allowed me to add an attachment and it appears there... I'll try to download it. I've never tried this here before, but always willing to help however I can.
