Is it possible to re-up another version of this game along with the excellent Kobe Tributes? In other words leave as is but in true 60fps playback.

Whilst the quality is better than standard 720p ---> 30fps this playback is pixelated, as though sitting in between 30 - 50fps.

Perhaps originally recorded as 1080i --> 25fps. I say this with trepidation, due to the fact that the KB tribute at the beginning is spectacular and nothing short of it.
