For those still chasing down this apparently rare video
(this was the only place on the internet that i could even find a torrent link but no one is seeding )
so i forked out some cash and bought it
i have made a screen grab of it that you can download directly via the link. Just click the link then click the download button under the video. this should download directly to you hard drive
