Error Message "Torrent not registered"

Hi,
Every day when I upload a Game and want to seed this I get an Error Message "Torrent not registered".
I tried various Tools (utorrent, transmission). Nothing works.

First I upload the Torrent, then download it again with my passkey and start seeding immediately.
I don't know what to do and it starts getting annoying.

Can someone please help me because I don't know what to do anymore.

Alright.
But this is every day.
Do I have to wait for approval or can somebody give me approval right away.
That would be great.
Today I have uploaded two Torrent Files in the early morning and they've been approved in the evening.
