Uploading to other torrent sites

Is it allowed to upload torrents from here to other trackers?
Couldn't find any mention of it in the rules, so I want to make sure.

I have not read any rules for that specifically, but I am on a few other (private) trackers and - from my experience - I am pretty sure that this is not allowed ...
