Would like to become a capper, and seeking help

What would it take to become a capper of all sports here? I'd like to learn how to download NBA, NFL, MLB in 60fps. And I'm willing to help you all. I spend my entire workday at my computer, so I can be of help. If you're not interested in a new capper, I'd be willing to donate a substantial amount to the site for instructions on how to download those in 60fps. As of now, I can only download NFL, NBA in 30 fps. And I just learned to how to download NHL in 60fps. I used to be a capper at hd-sportsbits before they shut down. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I have all the NCAA Conference Tournaments (SEC, ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, Big East) games, plus the entire NCAA Tournament in 720p/60fps. I will gladly upload to one of the main people here in exchange for assistance.
