if yes, what is the minimum ratio to have to be able to download files?

Don't worry about it, just try seeding to the best of your abilities (common courtesy). For ex., most NHL games get the most transferred in the first 12-24h of release.

I'm at like .65 and trying my best, I don't always download them fast enough and then by the time I do, no one downloads my seed :(

Yeah maintaining a decent ratio is a definite challenge on this tracker....I have about 300 GB of torrents from this tracker and can not get to even ration. So I am still seeding NHL from last October..lol ...
