Can't download - Error: Operation canceled

I'm back for NHL Playoffs 2019 but when I try downloading my first torrent for the season the tracker returns the message - Error: Operation canceled

It says Announce Sent first then returns the error. Is there any possible issue with my account since I haven't downloaded in about a year?

I use a seedbox with Bytesized, could there be any issue with their traffic being blocked?

Turns out it's any torrent not just the Game 1 stuff I was after. Bytesized said they don't block any sites or traffic, and the torrents work to my PC.

Why won't downloading to my seedbox work as it did last season?
