it says error:
tracker returned an error: Torrent not registred.

explanation from google says:
It means that that tracker has stopped accepting connections for that torrent for some reason, from what I can tell the most common reason is that the torrent was deleted from the tracker and the only way to fix it is getting an "updated" torrent file to replace the current one.

Tried to download a few other torrents - Greece, Iran, etc ... they all return the same message that the torrents are not registered. Probably some kind of attack against the site, or they received a warning from FIBA and were forced to take the torrents down. Either way, you are not the person experiencing this issue. Hopefully we can watch these games soon!
