question about message Tracker not working

I am also experiencing this problem... I only come here a couple times every year to watch some big NBA games. And I have never had a problem before. Now I am trying 2 different torrents for the Lakers vs Clippers and 1 came up with the Tracker Not Working message. The other... nothing happens.

I'm not entirely sure I'm facing the same issue, but I'm also having trouble downloading torrents since a couple of weeks.
First, I download the .torrent file and then put it in my rutorrent on my seedbox (debian stretch / rtorrent 0.9.7 / libtorrent 0.13.7 / rutorrent 3.8) but as soon as it starts, it goes into "error" status. The error I'm receiving is "could not parse bencoded data".
If I download the same .torrent file on my home computer and use any torrent client (qbitorrent, for example), it's working. I changed nameservers in /etc/resolv.conf on the seedbox, but no luck. Any idea ?

EDIT: For the record, in my case, this issue originated from a 720pier.ru anti-spam rule, which is blacklisting my seedbox because the reverse DNS of the seedbox was not configured correctly. I have set up the reverse DNS entry on my seedbox and everything works as before.

Similar issue here, I run Windows Server 2019 on my seedbox, qbittorrent 4.2.5 and the trackers comes up "Not Working" with the additional info column showing "Forbidden". Same torrent on my Windows machine at home with the same version of qBit works fine.

I also don't understand the anti-spam rule reference, how do I do this on a Windows system?

I have this problem with my usual torrent client as well.
Tried μTorrent Web and it works...
