How do I add a new torrent

I have a couple of NBA mkv files that I would like to add to this group. How do I do that?

I would also like to know. I added my torrent file as an attachment, but when i submitted the post, the torrent download didn't appear. I suspect it is something to do with either file approval, or posting privileges. Would be nice if a mod or admin could clear this up, as i have a game i would like to share from tonight (10th).
