Since we have not gotten a response, I went looking for a possible solution to this issue.

I tried a different torrent client & got it working. I tried qBittorrent (was using uTorrent) & currently have 28 Seeds & 8 peers. Here is the link, if you want to try it. https://www.qbittorrent.org/ Oh if you want to keep the old client. make sure you don't make this one the default & just save the torrent & drag * drop into the opened client.
