How do I change my email or delete my account?

Is there any way to change my email address? If not, how do I delete my account so I can create a new one with my new email?

I consider changing your email something basic in any forum. I actually can't remember a forum where I cannot change my email.

Creating new account means I lose all my ratio since I signed up in 2016.
