No. At the 3:05 mark in the fourth quarter, audio disappears. You can hear little, low-level bursts of sound every so many seconds but the audio track is definitely gone.

That's a good question. A better question is, "How much did you test the file?"

Here's what I did:

Two quad-core 32GB RAM Windows 10 PCs, one running v1909 and the other running v21H1
VLC media player v3.0.16 to play back file on both machines.
Two downloaded copies of the file in question, one of them named differently.

I played both downloaded files on each PC. Unlike what I first reported about when the audio goes away, these playbacks on both machines showed something different. On both machines, both files played fine until they got to the start of the fourth quarter. The playback time counter reads 1h 10m 15s when the audio goes away. At 1h 10m 42s the video starts glitching. A frame freezes onscreen for 5-15 seconds then advances to what is probably the current frame according to the time counter. That frame freezes for 5-15 seconds, and then the next one, and the next one. All the while, the file playback time counter continues increasing one second at a time. That happened on both machines playing the two copies of the file.

I have no doubt something is wrong with that file.

It's unfortunate the file has playback problems but I'm not upset about it. Someone, I assume out of the goodness of their heart, made the file available for free and all I have to do is seed it back. Most of the files I download here have zero playback issues so I won't fuss about the few that have problems. All I would do, if I could contact the uploader, is ask them to spot check the file - skipping around to various places in the file to check for playback problems - before uploading the file.

Well, they did indicate their file playback went well. What they didn't say was whether they played the file more than once.

The first time I played the file it was different; for some reason audio playback didn't go bad until about three minutes left in the game and the video was still working okay. Additional testing showed the entire fourth quarter was unplayable. Maybe something in my PC configuration won't let that file play correctly. Maybe. But I think such a thing is unlikely when two differently configured PCs exhibit the exact same playback problems for that one file. I could be wrong.
