What is the current min. ratio? (cannot download)

In the past I was able to download without any issues. For the last 1-2 months, however, it does not work...
I have ratio 0.216 , with lifetime 687 GB upload / 3.11 TB download.

I do not think it has to do with my settings, since other torrents download successfully (i.e. not from 720pier). I tried to download non-NBA torrents here, it fails too. (All my historical downloads were NBA).

Any ideas?

No any ratio limit at this time.
Look on yours system software etc.
