Can't connect to server ? Impossible to download from France

Hi all,
for the past couple of weeks, I am getting the following message in my clients (utorrent, transmission) anytime I try to download a torrent from 720pier.ru : "can't connect to tracker".
I haven't changed my setting, I don't know what happened. Has the tracker been banned from France ?
I have uploaded over 2 TB of data on 720pier, this is really new to me.

What could I try ?
I've tried a couple of clients but that doesn't change anything, same error message.
Hope you guys can help me !

I tried using other DNS adviced on other torrent websites, it didn't work.
Also, I tried deleting the s from https in the tracker address, didn't work either.
I don't know what to do. I always get the message "could not connect to tracker"

The problem is that I am using an old Mac from 2011.

That solution worked for me too with my Transmission on Mojave here in Barcelona, cool.
