New NCAAF Fantasy Dynasty

Hi everyone. I'm making a new dynasty league on fantrax.

League size: 8-10 participants.
Player pool: All FBS.
Positions: All, including IDP, punters and a special team.
Inaugural draft type: Auction (no salaries). Planning to do it Late August in 1-2 days.
Bonuses: Compensatory draft picks if your player gets drafted to NFL.

The roster size is preliminary and may be changed before the draft to make the league more balanced (If it gets changed though, it will most likely be increased by a couple of slots, not shortened).

There's also another league with the same rules, BUT it's a single-season bestball.
Trades, FA and Waivers are allowed.
