New seedbox will not download torrents

I swictched to a new provider , Dediseedbox . None of my downloads from here will connect. They responded telling me the tracker is blocking me from downloading

They just responded telling me "they blocking our IP range." Do I need to get another seedbox provider?

Explains my problem. Started last year all of sudden. I like dediseed and don't want to switch.

Update: (Fixed) Hi team, for anyone else having similar issues, all you have to do is change the beginning of the tracker URL to reflect "http://720pier". Started working after. Have great Christmas and New Year everyone! Much love!

He's telling you to change the address. Basically, to take out the "s" (stands for security) from HTTPs://.
