Problem with ratio updating correctly on seedhost.eu

I have long-term problem with my seedbox not uploading correctly for awhile. Is it better to
use local client on PC verses using seedbox for accurate ratio uploading stats? I only
download new torrents with enough peers to maintain good stats.
