I don't understand how to upload or seed more then. I have left it to seed for last few hours but there's not much other options for me to do. Unless you guys tell me how to upload or seed step by step, I don't know how else to help. This is my first time trying to upload a game and is so difficult

You have to download the torrent from here. Press the disk icon(Download torrent).
Then open it in your torrent client and point it to save in the location where you have the actual files.
It will find that you have the files completed and start seeding.
Which torrent client do you use?

Yeah I did that, using uTorrent. Is showing Seeding 5.5GB already at 4.5mb speed upload but why can't anyone receiving the files?
Sigh, why can't I just email or send the file here. Is so much easier
