Попробуем ещё раз....Посмотрел начало игры...проблема осталась: картинка подёргивается...видимо,автор принимает такой сигнал. Битрейт должен быть выше,в районе 35 МБит/сек...где его взять другой вопрос.

Could be not enough RAM to handle it. I play mine on a Zidoo Z9X media player and it's usually OK. If I try to fast forward a lot it gets hung up and I need to stop/start it a couple times but haven't had audio track continue while video freezes. It would generally freeze up while I'm trying to scan ahead and I just need to start playback again.

Still 100% better than the SN broadcasts with the awful background noise in every game.

Sounds like your system is struggling with decoding the video fast enough. Most likely due to the high bitrate and that the HEVC codec requires more computing power to decode (i.e. to play the video).

If you're using a Intel CPU older than 7+ years old, it may not have HEVC hardware decoding and thus struggle to playback 4K HEVC.

I'm using an AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 32 GB of ram, and a 1060 6GB.

I was thinking it was perhaps the processor or video card holding me back, but I'm just guessing.

Video can be decoded using either CPU or GPU. GPUs are purpose built for video encoding/decoding, so they are generally better for this.

If your video player is using CPU decoding, it might be pushing the 3600 to it's limits.

First, we can try ensuring that your player is using GPU to decode. According to this table, the 1060 supports hardware decoding of HEVC (aka H.265).

In VLC, go to Tools > Preferences, go to the Input/Codecs tab.
The "Hardware accelerated decoding" drop-down menu should have a few options, try experimenting with the options available.

If there is no improvement, then unfortunately 4K HEVC might be a bit too much for your system to handle.

какая разница. лаги что при софтовом декодировании, что через видяху.
и главное - в прошлом сезоне на таких же 4к рипах проблем не было, что исключает вероятность некорректного воспроизведения.

Я взял рип 1080/60 с этого же канала...отрезал 1 период,и конвертировал его в 4к с битрейтом 30 Мб/с....подёргивания не стало...белый цвет бликует так-же сильно.
